Photograph caption dated March 2, 1961 reads, "Members of the North Hollywood Co-ordinating Council's movie committee look over first list of recommended motion pictures for family viewing. Committee members are: Police Sgt. Dick Bongard, standing, and, sitting from left, Mrs. Gilman Rankin, Maurice Myers, Mrs. Albert Evans, Mrs. Maurice Millard, council president; the Rev. Raymond K. Riebs and Kenneth Munsion." The article partially reads, "The purpose of the compiled list, said Mrs. Maurice Millard, council president, is 'not to censor but to encourage attendance at movies that are good, wholesome entertainment."
