Description

Photograph caption dated October 30, 1962 reads "North Hollywood policeman John Eden studies the stubborn possum who was found early today running along the corridors of the police station. Officers scooped up the animal and put it on a shelf for safekeeping. But, after that, it refused to budge. Officers were unable to say where the animal came from, but they did report a toad was found last week jumping around the detective bureau."
