Description
Photograph shows Albert B. Conrad, 94-year-old pioneer and former Los Angeles City councilman pointing to a map of Alaska where he sought gold in the Klondike during the 1880's. Mr. Conrad was admitted to the San Fernando Hospital on November 29, 1949 and passed away in December. He was interred at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. Photograph dated December 16, 1949.
