Description
Lease for 3 parcels, 5.25 acres; 9 acres and 14 acres of differing portions of the Highland Tracts. Lease begins November 1, 1929 and ends October 31, 1932 with a yearly rent of $731.25. The last (fourth) page describes the lease being extended for three years ant the acreage reduced to 19 1/4 acres, written by Geo. [George] H. Hand. An second note states the acreage was increased by 5 acres on 1/1/33, again signed by George H. Hand.
