Front view of the Holy Family Catholic Church at 220 East Elk Avenue in Glendale, dedicated in 1922. Noted Italian sculptor, Joseph Conradi, was commissioned to carve, from sandstone, the head of Christ crowned with thorns with the inscription "consumatum est" or "It is finished." The arch of sandstone forming the entrance is further enhanced with little cherubs' heads.
