Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph article dated October 18, 1960 partially reads, "Sidewalk superintending may not be very profitable, but it's one of the most common occupations in North Hollywood today. The big attraction? Skycrapers [sic]... North Hollywood is in the Eastern San Fernando Valley and its postal boundaries include the communities of Studio City and Toluca Lake. Population estimates range from 101,600 (from the city) to 170,000 (from the Chamber of Commerce which recognizes postal boundaries). The Valley's two other large cities, Burbank and Van Nuys are to the east and west of the community."
