Description
Photograph article dated December 29, 1960 partially reads, "There's a definite need in the Valley for the smaller savings and loan association that is able to give each customer personalized attention, according to John L. Notter, president of Victory Savings and Loan. The North Hollywood-based association has just undergone its first, and probably last, expansion of physical facilities with a move to modern offices at the corner of Laurel Canyon and Victory boulevards." Photograph caption reads, "New Savings and Loan office - Pres. John L. Notter in front of Victory Savings building."
