View of a pneumatic mounted wheel tractor being used in the Orland Irrigation Project ca. 1951. Donor/Source: Orland Uit Water Users' Assn./ McCombs (Loan) OP-1041-R2 -Pneumatic mounted wheel tractor equipped with shovel dozer and scraper blade attatments on front and rear respectively. This piece of equipment was recently purchased with funds of the Project Rehabilitation Program and has been used effectively in cleaning lined and unlines canals and laterals, road scarifying, embankment and land levelling, and other miscellaneous useful activities. hm
