Note to have Louis Herbert call at 7:00 pm his time (Paris) at the FrankfurterhoffHotel in Frankfurt. Written below a note in red ["International Motion Service, RE-7-8340, George Stevens, Jr, Paris Toll"] and on the reverse side of an unclassified May 28, 1963, memo from the Administrative Officer at the American Embassy, Dublin, to all Embassy personnel about the proper procedure to follow with respect to office keys.
