PhotographÂ was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated August 8, 1961 reads, "Hank Zivetz - Assails film critics." The Los Angeles Board of Education was petitioned to cease showing eight films about communism because they were claimed to be "pure [communist] propaganda." Henry Zivetz was a member of the American Federation of Teachers defending the films.
