Description
Exterior view of the 4th hangar at the California Flyers School of Aeronautics in Inglewood. In addition to instructing students of the commercial school, the school trains 200 army aviation mechanics under a government contract and 210 advanced civilian pilots in connection with the C. A. A. Program. The Spanish-style tower on the right has a 'California Flyers' sign above its entrance. Students are seen working on three different planes in the hangar, behind which Hangar 5 is visible.
