Photograph of a littered street in Burbank following a flood, 1928. What seems to be a street intersection is visible in the foreground covered in mud and large rocks. Five men stand in the mud in the center while two hold shovels as they seem to clean up the flood damage. Large buolders embedded in mud sround the men while a small structure that looks like an outhouse is visible to the left of center. A building on the side of a hill can be seen in the background.
