Description
MacArthur Park, created in the 1880's under the name Westlake Park, was later renamed in honor of General Douglas MacArthur. Here we have a color postcard of the park showing the lovely lawn, flowers and lake. People are standing or strolling on the sidewalk which leads down to the lake.
