Description
Scrapbook contains a variety of color and black and white photographs of the Scripps College campus and student activities. Exterior views include Balch Hall from the Elm Tree Lawn, a student class on the lawn, the Ella Strong Denison Library, a student dance class on the Jaqua Quadrangle, students chatting by a fountain, a swimming pool and commencement activities. Interior views include students in the dining hall, a faculty member and a student in art class, a choir, or music class, a science lab, a student using a typewriter in a dorm room, two students in a dorm room and a class lecture. One photograph without captions appears on each page.
