Description
Photograph caption dated August 2, 1962 reads "Every garage needs a roof. So when Howard Jones decided to build a new garage at his Kagel Canyon home, he naturally wanted a roof. But why buy a new one? The roof on the old garage was still in good shape, even though the garage was heavily damaged by mud and water during recent floods. So he hired a 70-foot boom to move the roof from the old garage over the top of his house to the new garage."
