Congratulations, Congressman -- Says Richard Westbrook (1), who withdrew from the Congressional campaign in the 26th California District in favor of Democrat Ned Redding (r). Republican Westbrook felt his action was in 'the best interests' of the people to keep James Roosevelt out of Congress".
