Description
Panoramic view of West Hollywood taken on July 31, 1993 looking southeast towards Downtown Los Angeles. Visible in the foreground are the Directors Guild of America building, the complex at 8000 W. Sunset Boulevard (at Crescent Heights) that once house the Virgin Megatore and Laemmle Sunset 5 theaters, and the Chateau Marmont. Billboards run along Sunset Boulevard advertising “The Arsenio Hall Show,” 103.1 Jazz FM radio station, and the motion picture “In the Line of Fire,” starring Clint Eastwood. The downtown skyline is visible in the distance.
