Description
Spanish Creek at the Feather River Canyon. Leonardo Tomasso the track foreman who pounded in the 'Last Spike' on November 1, 1909 at the end of the Feather River Canyon rail construction project returned 40 years later to pound in a 'Ruby Spike' in this celibration of the Western Pacific Railroad Company.
