Visible signs include "Ocean Park Improvement Company Headquarters Beach Lots," "Casino," "Japanese Tea Garden and Art Curio Rooms, " "Sunset Tel. and Tel. Co. Pay Station," "Manuel-Lopez Habana Cigar," and "Dales Bros. Grocers." There is a statue of a woman at center right.
