Description attached: The stage is now being set on Treasure Island, San Francisco Bay site of the 1939 Golden Gate International Exposition, for the Pageant of the Pacific. The massive Elephant Towers flank the main entrance to the Exposition. In the foreground can be seen a part of the magic carpet of flowers on the western side of the island. Thousands of visitors are now traveling by ferry to observe the building of California's World Fair.
