Description

Text on frame reads "Future Capitol Avenue / Present M St. Approach" Text on image reads "Tomorrow! Completion of this plan will provide expression of California's resources and people / Today! Presents and unattrractive entrance to California's Capitol." On bottom edge of frame are gold colored letters that read 'Sacramento', however these are damaged and the 'T' is missing.
