On back: "Memo desk: Mebbe there has already been art or a feature on this, or mebbe it's been offered to you and you turned it down as too commercial, but: There's a sight seeing service that's sprung up--a wagon drawn by two fine draught horses, with a sign on the side that says SEE CHINATOWN BY NIGHT, etc... I saw it loading up on Market-st just below the Federal building last week.
