Seen are the Hall of Records and 1-story temporary court house (foreground, both later demolished), the Stephen M. White statue, the construction site for the Los Angeles County Hall of Administration (upper left, later renamed the Kenneth Hahn Hall of Administration), the Santa Ana Freeway/US 101 and the Los Angeles County Central Heating and Refrigeration Plant, under construction (right). Dated January 4, 1958.
