Rainey, left, 526th district VISA chairman, and William Van Dusen, past district governor, discuss plans for annual California assembly of VISA students Saturday and Sunday in San Diego. Rotarians from 10 California districts and more than 400 students from 70 countries will convene at event, a 'friendship meeting,' preceding Rotary World Understanding Week which starts March 20." VISA is the Visiting International Students Association.
