Portrait of Harley C. Flournoy as one of the Public Officials in Plumas County. "He served as Plumas County Auditor from 1893-1903. He then became cashier of the Plumas County Bank. In 1931, he again served the County as County Assessor- from 1931-1943. Harley was the husband of Flora Gansner. Mr. and Mrs. Flournoy raised an adopted daughter Tennye Zola, who became the wife of Willis King. They had two daughters Mildred and Gloria." Harley C. Flournoy
