Description
Marshall Westin standing in front of the Marshall's Office with one hand on his belt and the other hand held up to his hat rim. Marshall Westin's name was actually Chuck Lowe. He decided not to be named Marshall Chuck and suggested that all Marshalls, beginning with him, be called Marshall Westin. Westin was a family name for the Lowe family.
