Photograph caption dated August 5, 1954 reads "Ray Proctor. $3500 bail for suspect." The article partially reads "A North Hollywood real estate man and his associate are being held on suspicion of conspiracy and grand theft. The pair, booked at Van Nuys jail, were Raymond J. Proctor, 37, and Andrew E. Morton, 27, both of 10516 Magnolia Blvd., North Hollywood."; See images #00140165 through #00140166 for all photos in this series.
