Description
Deputy Fire Chief F.H. Rothermel, Mrs. Emil Krahulik and Fire Inspector Walter Chartrand inspect an old fire engine that was on display at the Hollywood Presbyterian Hospital's Firehouse Frolic. The vehicle, an Amoskeag pumper, was used in 1881 and was "turned out to pasture" in 1921. Frolic was held at an abandoned firehouse which will soon be converted into a hospital clinic. Photo dated: May 2, 1953.
