Certificate of manumission freeing Plim Jackson from "all demands for services" and is "to be from this time forever free." Signed by James W. Finley, November 14, 1854, and "filed for record at request of Plim Jackson" with S.A. Clark, recorder, records of the County of Santa Clara on November 10, 1855. Witnessed by Asa W. Finley.
