Photograph of Mission San Juan Capistrano, California. Ruins of Ramon Yorba's olive mill and the presidio. A millstone is nearly hidden by the foliage. Runed walls of the presidio with brick columns no longer supporting anything is visible in background. "Ruins of Ramon Yorba's olive mill in front of ruined cuartel or soldier's quarters of the mission. He erected this mill about 1880 using stones from former mission grist mills. The pulp was pressed in the then-roofed cuartel fro Padre Mut, Marcos Forster, and others. 1899." -- A. Yorba.
