Plants climb up the walls of the first floor while bushes and small trees decorate the entrance as well as the manicured yard in the foreground. The hotel houses eighty rooms. "Rates on the American Plan: one person w/o bath is $3-3.50 w/ bath is 3.50 to 4.50 two person w/o bath is $4-5.00 w/bath $5-7.00"
