Description
Photograph article dated June 29, 1957 reads, "Hopes Are Still High - Jim Upton and Norm Neuls, both Air Scouts, look fondly at airplane parked at Whiteman Airpark in Pacoima. Boys hope to be first scouts to fly an airplane to National Boy Scout convention. Jamboree time is drawing nearer and they still can't find an airplane for aviation first."
