Description
Black and white photograph showing a woman and a baby in Nigeria. The woman wears traditional dress and holds a small baby in a knitted singlet. This photograph was probably taken at the hospital at Ama Achara in southeast Nigeria, run by the Primitive Methodist Missionary Society. This photograph was pasted into one of a series of exercise book albums created by Emily Godfrey, Matron of the Ama Achara Hospital.
