Description
Lease is extended (see second page) from the original term of a single year beginning September 1, 1934 to three years beginning September 1, 1935. Lease for 11 acres on the Rancho San Pedro east of Western Avenue approximately one mile south of 190th Street. Lease specifically refers to the citizenship of the lessee and his birth certificate retained in the company's records. Yearly rent is $275. Original lease is signed by the company and Isono. Lease extension is signed by Isono.
