Photograph of a postcard showing a panoramic view of Ryan, a mining camp in the Death Valley, California, ca.1920. Several small homes stand on three separate levels cut into the jagged mountainside at center. A set of mining car tracks winds around the rock wall on the far left. The postcard is addressed to Miss M. R. Gomes and family, 349 Edgeware Road, Los Angeles, California. It is postmarked in the city of Ryan, Inyo County, California on November 13, 1920.
