Description: Fighting to uphold the honor of her son, Mrs. Ardell Fitts, mother of D.A. Buron Fitts, is shown being questioned by attorneys at his perjury trial. Left to right, Defense Attorney Jerry Giesler, and Prosecutor Clyde Shoemaker and Mrs. Fitts. After the court urged Shoemaker not to "torture" Mrs. Fitts, Fitts threatened to beat up the prosecutor.
