"Summit of Lookout Mt. 11000 ft. I rode Judy all the way to the top, and she stood right on the pinnacle in a flat place about 10 ft. sq. and dozed while I took two pictures. In the central foreground is Chimney Rock. The depression beyond is Woodchuck Cañon. On the horizon line to the left is Mt. Goddard - 35 miles in an air line" -- handwritten on verso. "by Mrs. Winchell" -- handwritten on original envelope.
