The Antelope Valley Fair and Alfalfa Festival is held annually at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds, 2551 West Avenue H, in Lancaster, California. Photograph caption dated September 12, 1955 reads "Group of foreign students, 42 strong, unload from bus to visit Antelope Valley Fair. Their visit was sponsored by Lancaster and Palmdale Rotary Clubs, in co-operation with Antelope Valley Shrine Club and fair board. Students are attending colleges in Southland and are members of exchange program sponsored by Rotary Clubs of area."
