Description
City Hall was completed in 1928. Associated architects were Austin, Parkinson, Parkinson and Martin.; Constructed between 1909 and 1911 to the cost of over a million dollars, the 12-story Hall of Records at 220 N. Broadway was demolished in September, 1973.
