Photograph caption dated May 15, 1958 reads, "Lockheed's Missile Systems Division in Van Nuys has received its second safety award this year for more than 3,000,000 man hours of work without lost-time accident. Taking part in ceremonies are, from left to right, John L. Paul, safety engineer; George Johnson, production division manager; Paul J. Kacher, insurance safety engineer who made award, and International Association of Machinists representatives Oleff Hamblen and Todd Lewis."
