Worked for the State Treasurer's Office. Was amateur historian, collected old photographs and images of Sacramento. "9th & Kay street. Looking East. IOOF bldg., left, corner stone laid, Sept. 1869. Completed, Sept. 25, 1870. Remodled to present style in 1937.Forum Bldg. Right, erected in 1912."
