Abstract of title of property of Robert Bulmore, San Juan Quicksilver Co., 200 acres, part of 500 acre lot 2 South, dated January 14, 1904, made at the request of The Promis-Col Realty Co. Includes Grantee/Grantor index. Hand-drawn color map attached to back cover. Described as: Beginning at a white oak tree 2 feet in diameter marked T.B.V.C., being common corner for the lands of J. Q. Pearl and Tyler Beach (formerly the Chapman Tract) in the North West line of land formerly of W. L. Manly, said oak being acknowledged by all parties concerned as an original an dtrue corner; and running thence along the fence on said North West line of said Manly's land N 48 30 E 28.40 chs to a picket in the fence corner marked V.C.5; being also the South corner of that part of the original Chapman Tract, formerly owned by John T. Colahan; thence along the fence on the West side of Colahan's land and land of E. Kohrs, N 29 54' W 4.59 chs to picket V.C.6; N 44 41' W 14.90 chs to picket V.C.7; N 60 30' W 8.94 chs to picket V.C.8; N 65 41' W 9.26 chs to picket V.C.9; and S 89 54' W 3.45 chs to picket V.C.10 at Westernmost corner of said E. Kohrs' land; thence along the North West line of said Kohrs' land N 37 16' E 20.02 chs to a fence post marked V.C.11, being at the Northernmost corner of said Kohrs' land; and in the Western line of a strip of land used by the Southern Pacific Railroad Company for track purposes; thence along the Western line of said track N 39 14' W 6.15 chs to a fence post marked V.C.12 at Easternmost corner of Wm. Phair's land; thence along the South East line of said Phair's land S 37 30' W 26.24 chs to a stake in fence corner marked Y.C.1.P.1, and being the Southernmost corner of said Phair's land; thence along the South West line of said Phair's land N 51 52' W 7.56 chs to a painted 4" x 4" redwood post marked V.C.2; thence S 48 30' W 27.36 chs to a 4" x 4" painted redwood post marked V.C.3; standing in the North East line of said J. Q. Pearl's land; and thence along the fence on the North East line of said Pearl's land S 47 38' E 12.86 chs; S 47 54' E 14.69 chs and S 47 11' E 223.88 chs to the place of beginning. Containing 200 acres, and being a part of 500 acre Lot 2 South of the Pueblo Lands of the City of San Jose.
