Soldiers from Fort Ross in Anaheim, CA are welcomed to Pepperdine College campus by female students, including (L to R) Allie Evans, Jean Burton, Avis Davis, Nancy Porch, Mary Ruth Chaney, and unidentified. During World War II, women's service organizations and sororities at Pepperdine often held parties to entertain the troops.
