Contains scenes from the Living History Program during Railfair 1991. The first segment of the video includes scenes at the California State Railroad Museum Passenger Station, with docents dressed in 1870s period costumes. The second segment of the video takes place in the Shops building and shows a passenger car being restored. The third segment shows the events happening around the passenger station including a 50th birthday party for Southern Pacific steam locomotive no. 4449.
