Description: View 2: Interior view of Patrick M. Longan's residence at 1305 Durand Drive, in Hollywood. Sunlight shines through arched doors into this sunroom, decorated with several styles of wicker chairs, colorful rug designs and plants. Two bird cages hang on wrought iron stands, close to the arched doors. Residence has a flamboyant Spanish colonial revival design. Date built: 1926. Architect: John De Lario.
