Microwave Electronics Corp. Serrodyne traveling wave tube, Model M2204-AF, Serial #312. The traveling wave tube (TWT) is a specialized vacuum tube used to amplify radio frequency signals in the microwave range, typically used as a power amplifier or oscillator in radar systems, electronic warfare systems, and satellite transmitters.
