Title supplied by cataloger. Ingalls' original envelope said: "Apache (New Mexico). Little Blond. Delegate to Washington D.C. 1874." This portrait was taken at the same time as a group portrait of Jicarilla Apache delegates visiting Washington D.C., April 1880, in which he appears. (Source: National Anthropological Archives, Smithsonian.)
