Description
Richard Ellsworth is professor of Management at Claremont Graduate University. He discusses Peter Drucker’s “high view of human beings” and also his understanding of reality that challenges individuals to rethink conventional wisdom. He points out that an important part of Drucker’s philosophy is the fact that “his ideas haven’t become obsolete.”
