Description
Photograph of a view of Sutter's Mill in Coloma, ca.1930. At center a stone monument stands in the water with the name "Sutter Mill" written on the side with small rocks and a broken top right corner where the monument once had an "S". Several bent, metal poles can be seen protruding from the flat top of the monument. Several large rocks and tall grass can be seen to the left in the calm water. Rocks line the tree-covered bank in the background while a grassy hillside can be seen in the distance.
