Rows of rectangular windows can be seen on all of the stories, while additional arch-shaped windows can be seen on the top floor. The bottom two stories are light-colored. A tower sticks up from the flat roof of the building at left. Several palm trees can be seen around the base of the hospital. In the foreground many early automobiles are parked along the edge of intersecting unpaved roads.
